As Senior Management Consultant, you will support our clients with complex projects, including analyses, strategies, sourcing, implementations and driving sourcing initiatives - all the way to the actual realisation of sustainable business value. You appreciate problem-solving - and you earn the trust of our clients by being committed to excellence in project deliveries as well as in managing client relations.

Your skills

• Demonstrate experience, professional knowledge and interest in Sourcing & Procurement. Merit if you have the legal expertise
• You can quickly pick up new processes and uncover new offerings that may assist our current customer base
• You are used to managing projects, including progress, risk and working within expected timelines and on budget
• You motivate and mentor colleagues in client engagements by delivering constructive feedback while maintaining an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
• Building new relationships and networking with clients’ personnel and uncovering additional areas of opportunity, and managing the business development process
• Perceptive and result-oriented with the ability to work independently yet in a collaborative way with colleagues as well as clients
• Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills at all levels and across a range of business hierarchies and cultures, with the ability to develop long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients

To qualify, you must have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (Science or Business) or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years’ work experience as either a management consultant within Sourcing & Procurement or from a line role working as purchaser or category responsible (indirect procurement)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English and capable of adapting approach and style to fit with client’s process and culture
• Analytical skills and quantitative problem-solving skills
