Your role will involve thoroughly assessing client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and overseeing their implementation. Assignments and task:

• Develop comprehensive ERP strategies and visions for clients, leveraging industry best practices and frameworks to drive organizational transformation.
• Assume a leadership role in client organizations, establishing and maintaining governance structures for effective ERP implementation and management.
• Act as the primary advisor and consultant in large-scale ERP projects, guiding clients through the selection, implementation, and optimization phases.
• Lead the development of high-level solution designs and target architectures tailored to clients' specific business needs and objectives.
• Spearhead the evaluation of ERP solutions and vendors as part of client sourcing assignments, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and goals.
• Lead pre-implementation studies and prepare decision materials to support strategic ERP investments and initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients on ERP landscape consolidation and simplification programs, driving efficiency and maximizing the value of ERP systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of previous experience as a management consultant in ERP Advisory
• Deep understanding and skills in methodologies used like:
  • 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, problem definition, solution architecture, process and solution design, solution evaluation, solution validation and deployment
  • Involvement in multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations with hands on experience with process design
  • Exposure to and basic understanding of industry leading ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience from working in a business consulting firm and/or working with an IT organisation in a large organisation.
• Post-graduate in Engineering/Data Science or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business processes in general and preferably within the Manufacturing or Financial Sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Swedish and English required.
• Board room communication skills.
