Opticos, a Swedish Management Consulting firm, is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our India office.

In this role, you’ll be more than a designer – you’ll be a visual storyteller, shaping how our ideas, insights, and brand are experienced by clients and audiences globally.

• You have a keen eye for aesthetics, balance, and visual storytelling that communicate ideas clearly and creatively, as per the brand guidelines.

• You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams — from marketers, service owners, to consultants — and can translate abstract ideas into impactful visuals

• You are detail-oriented, quality-driven, and take full ownership of your designs from concept to delivery

• You can manage multiple design requests, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising quality

• You stay curious, keep up with design trends, and love experimenting with new tools or techniques

• You communicate your ideas clearly — visually and verbally — and can confidently present your work to stakeholders

• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing project needs

• You are open to feedback and see it as an opportunity to refine and elevate your work

Candidate Requirements:

• 5-8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the IT/Services/Consulting domain

• Expertise in designing, developing, and publishing marketing collaterals for digital platforms including, but not limited to brochures, infographics, social media creatives, email templates, and e-books.

• Experience with video editing and voice integration for digital applications

• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications

• Experience in creating designs and collaterals for a B2B audience in the services industry.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and exposure to working in a global collaborative environment.

• While applying for the role, portfolio submission is mandatory which includes work related to digital marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and other multimedia work (video/voice)

• Knowledge of design language for European/Nordic audience is highly desirable
