Why did you join Opticos?

I joined Opticos because of the exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients in team-based projects. I saw it as a chance to learn and grow. Additionally, Opticos aligned with my personal values, and I appreciated company culture where everyone knows and cares about each other.

You are part of the Young Professional Program at Opticos. What is it like?

I find it rewarding to be able to dive into projects from the start but at the same time have various courses with our senior colleagues who share their experiences and knowledge. This gives a good balance where we are able to learn both from doing but also from each other.

What is the best part about your job at Opticos?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is the opportunity to engage in exciting and challenging projects. Each day brings something new, and I always feel like I have learned something valuable by the time I leave work. Additionally, I appreciate the collaborative and open atmosphere in our offices, where we can freely discuss ideas, find solutions, and receive assistance whenever needed.
