Why did you join Opticos?

I joined Opticos because I was attracted to their innovative approach and the chance to work on impactful projects. The supportive atmosphere and focus on personal growth made it an easy decision. From day one, my colleagues have been welcoming and motivating.

You are part of the Young Professional Program at Opticos. What is it like?

The Young Professionals Program at Opticos has been an exciting journey. The mix of practical client work and theoretical learning has been great for my development. The support from my fellow YPPs and colleagues has made it a very rewarding experience.

What is the best part about your job at Opticos?

The best part of my job at Opticos is the variety of projects. Each one offers new challenges and learning opportunities. The mentorship from experienced colleagues has been invaluable, helping me grow and feel confident in my role.
