Why did you join Opticos?
From my very first meeting, I got a great impression of Opticos. I was drawn to the fact that it’s a smaller company where you’re not just a number, but truly seen. Their strong growth journey and deep expertise in both business and technology really resonated with my background and interests.
You have previously been a part of the Young Professional Program. How did the program prepare you for your continued career at Opticos?
The program gave me a solid foundation and a clear understanding of what it means to work as a consultant. Contributing to client projects from day one - while also learning through structured courses - was a great mix. On top of that, we were encouraged to take responsibility early on, which made the learning curve steep and incredibly rewarding.
What has been the most rewarding part of your journey at Opticos so far?
It’s been exciting to be part of Opticos’ growth. Since I joined in the fall of 2019, we’ve outgrown our office space in Stockholm three times and welcomed many fantastic new colleagues along the way.
Another rewarding experience for me was leading the Young Professional Program, which I had previously taken part in myself. It was a joy to welcome new colleagues and support them in getting a strong start to their careers through the program.
