Why did you join Opticos?

My first encounter with Opticos was through a course held at my university, where they participated as guest speakers. They delivered an inspiring lecture, presenting what it’s like to work as a consultant at Opticos. Overall, I had a very positive first impression of the company and its work, and I found that the values and culture align well with my own. I also appreciated that the trainee program offered a great opportunity to start my career by combining client assignments with structured training courses.

You have previously been a part of the Young Professional Program. How did the program prepare you for your continued career at Opticos?

I felt that the mix of courses and client assignments worked well. It gave me the opportunity to apply what I had learned at university while developing new skills that helped me grow as a consultant, creating a strong foundation on which to further build my career.

What has been the most rewarding part of your journey at Opticos so far?

I'm currently leading the Activity Committee at the Stockholm office, where I'm responsible for organizing after-work events and fun team activities. It's been very rewarding to create fun experiences for my colleagues and to help strengthen the team spirit. Many of my client assignments have also been highly rewarding, especially when facing complex challenges and having the opportunity to solve them together with my colleagues at Opticos.
