As an Enterprise Architect, you will play an important role in guiding and driving our clients’ digital transformation initiatives. You will need to grasp and handle complex situations with continuously changing large scale IT-landscapes in combination with changes in business requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, analyse business requirements, and design robust architectural solutions. Your ability to balance a holistic and strategic vision with practical here and now implementation considerations is crucial.

Assignments and task:

• Developing an Architectural Strategy & Vision and implement EA Frameworks like TOGAF in client organisations.
• Take on the position as interim EA in clients line organisations establishing architectural governance.
• Act as lead architect in large scale IT and digitalization programs.
• Establish high level solution design and target architectures.
• Contribute to client sourcing assignments as architectural evaluation lead.
• Act as pre-study lead and decision material author in strategic investigations.
• Work with IT-landscape-consolidations and -simplification programs at our clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of previous experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Deep understanding and skills in methodologies used like:
  • TOGAF
  • Data Management methodologies
  • Process Modelling Frameworks
  • Capability Modelling methods
  • Application Portfolio Management
  • ITSM methodologies like ITIL
  • Cloud Architecture
• Experience from working in a business consulting firm and/or working with an IT organisation in a large organisation.
• Post-graduate in Engineering/Data Science or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business processes in general and preferably within the Manufacturing or Financial Sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Swedish and English required.
• Board room communication skills.
