About the role

We are looking for an experienced accountant to work with our finance team and ensure excellence across the following key areas:

· Financial Reporting & Analysis

· Forecasting

· Accounts receivable & Accounts payable

· Payroll Management

· Process Development

Your responsibilities

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as cash-flow analysis

· Prepare financial reports to management

· Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations

· Prepare payroll for Swedish offices

· Client invoicing and financial accounting

· Assist with audit documentation and data requests

Could this be You?

· 5-10 years of experience from an Accountant role, preferably in a professional services environment

· Bachelor in Accounting or “YH” education in accounting or equivalent

· Good Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Proficiency in both Swedish and English required

· Proactive, detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Humble with a willingness to support where needed within the Finance area

· Experience from consolidating financial statements (desirable)

· Experience from implementing new accounting system (desirable)

· Experience from payroll (desirable)
