Why did you join Opticos?
I joined Opticos because I was looking for a management consulting role at a firm that promotes individual development along with a good work-life balance. Opticos stood out as it was a smaller firm where I saw the opportunity to grow and make a lasting impact, along with being able to work closely with my experienced colleagues. The Young Professionals Program felt like a natural transition from my studies where I would be able to acquire both theoretical knowledge as well as being able to deliver in client assignments.
You are a part of the Young Professional Program at Opticos. What is it like?
The Young Professional Program offers a balance between client assignments and insightful courses, which has provided me with valuable insights, tools and knowledge for my professional development. The extensive knowledge from our senior colleagues, as well as the support from both my fellow Young Professionals and the program alumni, has made the program incredibly rewarding.
What is the best part about your job at Opticos?
The opportunity to engage in different client projects combined with internal assignments has definitely been the best part, as I am always learning and growing both professionally and personally. As Opticos is working with a broad category of clients, there are always new projects and challenges ahead, but it is facilitated by the support from both junior and senior colleagues.
