Why did you join Opticos?

After university, I wanted to work at a consulting firm where individual skills are recognized and where you become part of a team from the very start. You are a part of the Young Professional Program at Opticos. What is it like?

It’s a steep learning curve during the first year, as you work on client projects while receiving courses and training from your senior peers. As part of the program, you get plenty of support and have the opportunity to openly discuss your challenges, achievements, and more with your fellow YPs.

What is the best part about your job at Opticos?

The friendliness of my colleagues and the knowledge that I can turn to anyone for support create a great work environment. Additionally, the balance between working with clients and taking on internal projects makes my job both varied and exciting.
