We are seeking a skilled Generative AI (Gen AI) expert to join our team to lead the development of AI solutions. Leveraging your expertise in Generative AI tools, Data Analysis, Prompting, and Deep Learning, you will design, develop and implement transformative AI agents & B2B applications that enhance our services and derive work efficiencies.

Working closely with business and functional stakeholders within the organisation, you will be champion AI projects leveraging the Microsoft AI platforms that drive innovation and provide value in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, and deploying fit for purpose AI applications and models using the Microsoft AI Developer Suite as well as integrating it with existing systems, as required.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and define the AI requirements that are aligned with the overall business goals.

- Performing research on AI uses cases and business applications that are relevant for the business while staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.

- Collaborating with leaders across various departments within the company as well as with external stakeholders in ideating, designing use cases and deploying AI-assisted agents to enhance productivity and work efficiency.

- Maintaining clear and precise documentation, including but not limited to project pipelines, user guides, technical and functional specifications to communicate complex AI concepts to a wider technical and non-technical audience.

- Training a group of multi-cultural team members to be able to communicate and demonstrate AI concepts effectively

- Anchoring best practices for Generative AI development within the organisation

Job Requirements:

- You have a degree in Computer Science, Computer, Applications, IT, Machine Learning or a related field.

- 5 - 8 years of demonstratable experience working with AI systems as a part of technology/client solutioning team with a global IT/Consulting firm.

- You have a natural affinity to solving problems, with an ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.

- You have strong experience and ability to design and implement scalable and efficient AI systems

- You have experience in deploying AI models into production environments.

- You have proficiency and hands-on mastery in the Microsoft Suite of AI applications such as Microsoft Studio, Microsoft CoPilot, Azure AI

- You have knowledge of applicability of AI within the Microsoft application environment such as Teams, Office365 Suite, Viva, among others.

- You possess advanced Prompting skills with GPTs such as Co-Pilot, Chat GPT, Gemini.

- You have good working knowledge of Python, Machine Learning Libraries, and Frameworks.

- You are familiar with data visualisation libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly.

- You are comfortable working with large datasets and derive meaningful insights

- You have knowledge of working with Image Processing techniques to be able to manipulate and analyse images using various algorithms.

- You can demonstrate the understanding of ethical AI principles in the context of Generative AI

- You have experience working with an IT or Consulting Firm in a diverse, collaborative environment

- You have a basic working knowledge of Cloud Computing and AI deployment in Azure and AWS.

- You have experience with the Agile way of working and are capable of managing version control tools such as Github.

- You possess excellent communication skills to be able to engage stakeholders across geographies.- You are self-motivated and possess a creative mindset, with an ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
