About the role

We are looking for experienced Management Consultants to strengthen our teams across the following business areas:

• Strategy & Business Development
• Digital Business Transformation
• Strategic IT
• Sourcing and Procurement

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage project and program team deliveries
• Drive business development by managing and expanding client engagements
• Enhance project outcomes by shaping delivery into valuable assets
• Contribute to firm development initiatives such as recruitment, seminars, and       internal training
• Possibility to take on a development coach role for some colleagues

Could this be You?

• 5-15 years of experience in a management consulting firm
• Expertise from one or more of the listed business areas
• Post-graduate qualification in Management, Engineering/Science, or equivalent
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and networking abilities
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English required
