Why did you join Opticos?

I had a really positive impression of Opticos from my first meeting with the company. I was looking for a smaller management consulting firm, and I was immediately drawn to the culture, the people, and the warm welcome I received. I also liked that it is a fast-growing company, and I felt that I wanted to be part of what seemed like an exciting journey ahead.

You are a part of the Young Professional Program at Opticos. What is it like?

So much fun! Getting to know the other members of the YPP team has been one of the biggest perks. Even though some of us started in Stockholm and some in Gothenburg, the program creates great opportunities to build friendships and support each other as we begin our careers.

The trip to India was definitely also a highlight of the YPP year. Such an amazing experience and great insights on how to collaborate across cultural differences.

I would also like to point out how well the program is structured. The setup and balance between client work and courses throughout the year is very well structured to make it educational, fun, and manageable without stress.

What is the best part about your job at Opticos?

The colleagues and the culture. The company did live up to the expectations I had before joining! It has a very warm atmosphere where everyone feels approachable and supportive, regardless of their role.

I also appreciate that you get the opportunity to make your voice heard. Your ideas and opinions are valued, and you have a lot of influence over your own professional development and work life, depending on the direction you want to take.
