Why did you join Opticos?

During my studies, I worked at a start-up where individuality, creativeness, and a hands-on mindset were highly valued. I enjoyed working closely with the business, seeing the direct impact of my work, and being part of a collaborative environment where ideas were encouraged and acted upon.

As I approached graduation, those qualities were exactly what I was looking for in a consulting firm, which is what attracted me to Opticos. Here, individuality is appreciated, ideas are welcomed, and I have the opportunity to work closely with clients and take on responsibility from day one.

You are a part of the Young Professional Program at Opticos. What is it like?

I learned a lot during my first year, combining client assignments with training in topics relevant to a young professional. Through the India trip and activities throughout the year, you get to know each other well and build strong relationships.

Overall, the program is a great mix of learning by doing and learning from experienced consultants.

What is the best part about your job at Opticos?

Without a doubt, the people. The size of the firm creates a personal and welcoming environment where everyone knows each other, and it is easy to ask for help, share ideas, and learn from one another.

There is a strong culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing, which makes it a great place to develop as a consultant. Being surrounded by experienced and supportive colleagues who are willing to share their knowledge and perspectives is something I really value.
