Why did you join Opticos?
During my studies, I was interested in consulting. To me, it was important to find a smaller firm where you could feel that your contributions matter and where you are given real client exposure early. Opticos stood out to match these expectations, and during the interview process I got good impressions from everyone I met.
You are a part of the Young Professional Program at Opticos. What is it like?
It is a good introduction for anyone looking to get into consulting. You receive training relevant to client work and learn how to think like a consultant in parallel with your first assignments. It also provides good opportunities to continuously reflect on your progress together with your junior colleagues.
What is the best part about your job at Opticos?
The openness of the culture is great. You can have everyday conversations with your fellow juniors as well as the CEO, and it is encouraged to speak up and always give your thoughts on different matters. Everyone is seen as part of business development, and it builds a strong connection throughout the company.
